An umbrella NGO comprising eight family-owned foundations. Habibollah Bourbour was one of the founding members. Other NCC founding members include former justice and interior minister Mostafa Pourmohammadi, former education minister Hossein Mozaffar, and longtime politician Abbas Sheybani.
