Etemad newspaper reports that Iranians traveling abroad to be vaccinated have paid a total of about 14 billion tomans (3.3 million USD) into the government treasury. In order to leave the country, Iranians must pay exit taxes. An initial exit costs 400,000 tomans (about 95 USD), while a second exit costs 600,000 tomans.
