ILNA, the Iranian Labour News Agency, has published the report of the Tehran City Council’s investigation into Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf’s 2005–17 tenure as the city’s mayor. Among the violations by Qalibaf, now Majles speaker, is the transfer of a thousand properties from the municipality to the Imam Reza Charity, which is run by Qalibaf’s wife.
